Section 01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing brooklynjae.com, submitting an enquiry or booking request, or receiving any service from BrooklynJae MedSpa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

Section 02No Medical Advice

The content on this website — including treatment descriptions, blog articles, frequently asked questions, and any other material — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this website. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or attend your nearest emergency department immediately.

Section 03Eligibility & Age Requirements

This website is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment, except where we expressly permit treatment of a minor. Where a minor is treated, a parent or legal guardian must attend the appointment, provide written consent, and remain present throughout. Certain treatments are not offered to minors under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification to verify age and identity prior to treatment.

Section 04Consultations & Treatment

All treatments are provided following a consultation with a licensed provider, who will determine whether a treatment is clinically appropriate for you. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it would not be safe or appropriate.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, prior treatments, and any current or suspected pregnancy. Withholding or misrepresenting this information may compromise your safety and may result in treatment being declined.

You will be asked to review and sign treatment-specific informed consent documentation before any procedure. Those documents form part of your agreement with us and, where they conflict with these Terms in relation to clinical matters, the signed consent documentation governs.

You agree to follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect your results and may increase the risk of complications.

Section 05Results Not Guaranteed

Aesthetic and wellness treatment outcomes vary considerably between individuals and depend on factors including anatomy, age, skin type, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. No specific result is promised, guaranteed, or implied, whether by this website, by our staff, or by any marketing material.

Any photographs appearing on this website or our social media channels are illustrative. Where before-and-after images are shown, they depict results achieved by individual clients and are not a representation of the results you should expect. Some images may be stock photography used for illustrative purposes.

Some treatments require a series of sessions to achieve their intended effect, and some individuals do not respond as anticipated. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations with you at consultation.

Section 06Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by telephone, or by text message. Submitting a booking request does not confirm an appointment; your appointment is confirmed only once we have responded to confirm it.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least [NUMBER] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less notice, and appointments you do not attend, may incur a fee of [AMOUNT OR PERCENTAGE], or may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Deposits

Late Arrival

Section 07Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept [ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS]. Prices are subject to change without notice, and prices quoted on this website are indicative; the price confirmed at your consultation applies.

Section 08Packages & Memberships

We offer treatment packages and membership programs, including the Glow & Go Package, the Ageless Beauty Package, and the Ultimate BrooklynJae Luxe Transformation. The following applies to all packages and memberships unless stated otherwise in writing at the point of purchase.

• Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be shared between individuals.
• Prepaid treatments expire [TIME PERIOD] from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired sessions are forfeited.
• Memberships bill on a recurring basis as disclosed at sign-up and continue until cancelled with [NOTICE PERIOD] written notice.
• Membership benefits apply only while your account is active and in good standing.
• If a provider determines that a treatment included in your package is no longer clinically appropriate for you, we will discuss alternatives with you.

Full membership terms are provided at the point of purchase and form part of your agreement with us.

Section 09Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and expire in accordance with applicable Georgia and federal law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable.

Promotional offers are valid only for the period stated, may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Promotions apply only to new bookings made during the promotional period.

Section 10Communications & Text Messaging

By providing your telephone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from us relating to your appointments, treatment, and account, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up.

Please do not send sensitive medical information by text message, email, or social media, as these channels are not secure. Contact us by telephone or discuss such matters at your appointment.

Section 11Photography & Media

Clinical photographs may be taken to document your treatment and progress. These form part of your treatment record and are handled in accordance with applicable privacy law.

We will not use your images for marketing, social media, or advertising without your separate, specific, written consent. Consent for marketing use is entirely optional, may be declined without any effect on your care, and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us in writing — though we may be unable to recall material already printed or distributed.

Filming, recording, or photographing other clients or our staff on our premises is not permitted without express permission.

Section 12Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it so you understand how we handle your information.

Section 13Conduct at Our Premises

We are committed to providing a safe, calm, and respectful environment for our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person who behaves abusively, aggressively, or inappropriately, who attends under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances, or whose conduct compromises the safety or comfort of others.

Children may not be left unattended on our premises, and for safety reasons may not accompany you into treatment rooms.

We are not responsible for personal property lost, damaged, or left behind at our premises.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, page design, and the BrooklynJae name and marks — is owned by or licensed to BrooklynJae MedSpa and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
